i am willing to buy a honda accord i have seen one and its accidented from front at a low speed so the bumber is broken headlights needs to be adjusted and radiator needs to be change.the car have 180 thuousand kms on it.the condition otherwise is not perfect az well.it takes oil too i know thats coz its my friendz car.its and automatic.. so what do you guyz think how much should i pay for it and how much it can cost me to fix bumper radiator and headlights..and also would be gratefull if somebody can advise how to stop car from taking oil there must be some way ..
thanx a lot for your honest opinions..Honda accord 1994 accidented Ex-R?i would get different car ,or used parts will run 200 to 300 dollars plus labor of 150 to 300 ,thats a lot of miles on car as far as oil consumption have to rebuild or replace engine,i have used fully synthetic oil in acar i owned that smoked and it stopped smoking because synthetic will not burn good luck hope this helpsHonda accord 1994 accidented Ex-R?a 13 yr old car...pass it by...if it eats oil and has been in an accident, you're asking for more trouble than the car is worth (and it's not worth much...) You can do better.
A car that burns oil like that needs a ring and valve job, or a whole new engine.....you're looking at $2000-$4000 in repairs for a car that costs 'maybe' $2000.
