I have an 84 Jeep CJ7, and my radiator is always hot no matter how far i drive, and when i open it up, its bubbly? does this mean i need to change the fluid, or do i have some kind of block or other problem with my radiator?My radiator Radiator is having problems?Possible causes,in order........

Fan not working,either relay or fan motor (Check by starting it up and putting a/c on full.)
