my bedroom is the smallest room in the house and is a small box room - just enough space to fit a bed, a wardrobe and a chair. the kitchen (beneath my room) has been extended before we lived in this house and i wondered if i could extend it out, over the kitchen. the kitchen roof slopes but i think it is possible to make it flat. how much would it cost to knock down the wall, extend it out on top of the kitchen , get a new windows and change the plumbing and radiator position, and any others stuff that is needed that i have forgotten.
any help is very much appreciated but please explain in detail. xxHow would i and what would i cost to extend my bedroom? It's going to be expensive, due to the fact that you are changing the upper roof line. There is no way to know if it's feasible without seeing it. You will need to talk to a contractor in your area to get suggestions, costs, etc. Figure on a minimum of $100/sq. ft., with a top end possibly of $200+/sq. ft. Hope this helps.
