I need help to change water pump, on 1967 chevy stepvan?

does anyone know how to change out a water pump on a P-20 Chevy stepvan, 6 cylinder, 1967. i dont see any way to get to the water pump, do i have to cut apart the front end to get to it via taking out radiator first, there must be an easier way. please help??? thanksI need help to change water pump, on 1967 chevy stepvan?on the older step vans ..the radiator has to be removed....unless you can do it from the bottom...and most of the time its just not worth it...it shows in my labor book at 4.8 hours
