Sealing leaking radiator?

my radiator is leaking in the bottom form where two panels are joined. the gap seems to be very small as the water is just dripping but makes a big puddle after a while. went to b%26amp;q today, the only thing they offered was liquid that you need to put into water tank for the whole heating system which i can't do because i have communal heating system. the other option they said is to buy new radiator. i have no idea how to change it and the one that is leaking is brand new so i don't want to do it. are there any other options? can i seal it externally?Sealing leaking radiator?Sand it well and then apply a generous amount of JB Weld. Be sure to press it into the crack.Sealing leaking radiator? You didn't specify, but this sounds like an apartment building. If it is, or any other kind of rental, the landlord should take care of fixing it.

No repair will work from the outside. It has to be inside, otherwise, the pressure just pushes it right off.Sealing leaking radiator?call maintenance
